Download and Install Europe Stable MIUI 11 (EEA) V11.0.4.0 firmware for Mi 9 SE (Grus) (V11.0.4.0.PFBEUXM)

The Europe stable MIUI 11 has already started rolling out for a couple of eligible Xiaomi devices and one of them is the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. This is coming not long after Xiaomi rolled out the Global stable version of the MIUI 11 for MI 9 SE.
Just like the Global stable version, the new Europe stable MIUI 11 V11.0.4.0.PFBEUXM for MI 9 SE (Codename: GRus) is based on last year's Google Android 9.0 PIe. Below is the full changelog as well as the download link for both the Recovery and OTA version of the ROM.

How to manually flash Europe Stable MIUI 11 on MI 9 SE through OTA 
  • Download the MIUI 11 OTA zip file for Mi 9 SE (Grus) from the link above.
  • Copy the OTA file to your phone’s internal storage.
  • Go to your phone Settings >> About Phone >> System Update.
  • Tap the MIUI logo for 10 times continuously.
  • Click on the three vertical dots on the top right corner to open the menu and select “Choose Update Package”.
  • Your file manager will then open, locate the ROM zip file you downloaded and select it.
  • Tap on reboot to apply the MIUI 11 update on your Xiaomi Phone.
  • Your phone will then reboot and the update process will start automatically.

How to flash MIUI 11 Update on Mi 9 SE with Twrp Recovery
  • Make sure you have Twrp recovery installed or check the procedure HERE.
  • Download the Recovery MIUI 11 update for Redmi Note 7 from the LINK above.
  • Copy the downloaded file to your phone's internal storage.
  • Turn off your phone.
  • Reboot to recovery mode by pressing both the Power up and Volume up button together.
  • wipe system, data and cache but it is not compulsory (You will loose your files if you do so).
  • Go back and click on install.
  • Select the recovery ROM file you downloaded earlier and swipe right to begin the installation process.
  • Once the installation is completed, your phone will reboot automatically.
  • In case it doesn't reboot, just manually select reboot from the options
