Xioami Redmi Note 7 (Lavender)/ Note 7 Pro (Violet) to receive Android 10 MIUI 11 update soon

A few Xiaomi Xiaomi smartphones like the Redmi K20 (Mi 9T) and the Redmi K20 Pro (Mi 9T Pro) are already receiving the Android 10 based MIUI 11 update. Going by latest reports, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 (Lavender) and the Redmi Note 7 Pro (Violet) might be next in line to receive the latest Android 10 based update.

This announcement was made by one of the Moderators on Xiaomi's official forum. According to him, the closed beta Android 10 based MIUI 11 build has already kicked off for closed beta testers in China and the stable version is expected to start rolling out in 2 - 3 weeks which will be in January of 2020.

As expected, this update will most likely be released for users in China first before being rolled out for Global users. The update will definitely include the system-wide dark mode as well as a couple of other features.
