Download Indonesia stable MIUI 11 for Redmi Note 8 (Gingko) [V11.0.6.0.PCOIDXM]

 While Redmi Note 8 users outside of China are still waiting for Xiaomi to eventually release a MIUI 12 update for their device, the company has just rolled out a new update for Indonesia users which is still based on last year's MIUI 11. This update doesn't really bring any major difference other than a few bug fixes and improvements.

The latest Indonesia stable MIUI 11 update for Redmi Note 8 (Codename: Ginkgo) has already started rolling out with build version number V11.0.6.0.PCOIDXM. It is based on Google's Android 9.0 Pie and comes with better optimization which increases stability and reduced lag.

How to Manually check for OTA update on your Redmi Device
Not all Redmi users are getting the new MIUI 11 update yet. You can however still check to know if the update is available for your own device yet by following the instruction below.


  • Go to settings.
  • Tap on About phone >> Software Update
  • Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
  • After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
  • After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
  • If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or try other available methods below or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE to manually install the update.
