Download India stable MIUI 11 (Android 10) for Redmi Note 7 / 7S (Lavender) [V11.0.5.0.QFGINXM]

 While we are still waiting for Xiaomi to release a stable MIUI 12 based update for the Redmi Note 7 / 7S (Codename: Lavender), the company has just released a new India stable MIUI 11 update for the device which is based on Google Android 10.

Recall that the first Android 10 based update for the Redmi Note 7 was first released just about a month ago, Now a new India stable MIUI 11 update which is also based on Android 10 has just been released and it comes with the build version number V11.0.5.0.QFGINXM. 

There isn't really much changes in this new update other than the new September 2020 Google Android security patch as well as a few minor improvements. The update has already started rolling out for those who are part of the pilot beta testing. Regular users are expected to also receive the update very soon. You can however manually flash the update on your phone by downloading it from the links provided below as well as following the included instructions.

How to Manually check for MIUI 11 OTA update on your Xiaomi phone

  • Go to settings.
  • Tap on About phone >> Software Update
  • Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
  • After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
  • After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
  • If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
