Redmi Note 8 (Ginkgo) MIUI 12 Indonesia stable MIUI 12 (Android 10) [V12.0.1.0.QCOIDXM]

 The global and Indian users of  the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 (Codename: Ginkgo) have already received the stable MIUI 12 update a couple of weeks ago. Now, the update has just started rolling out to Redmi Note 8 users in Indonesia also.

This is the first Indonesia stable MIUI 12 update for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Ginkgo and it comes with the build version number V12.0.1.0.QCOIDXM based on Google Android 10 Operating system. Aside coming with all the latest MIUI 12 features, this new update also packs a couple of bug fixes and major system improvements.

How to Manually check for MIUI 12 OTA update on your Xiaomi phone

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> Software Update
  

• Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
• After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
  

• After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
  

• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
