Download GCAM 7.4 (Google Camera) for Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Ultra (Venus / Star) by Nikita

The Xiaomi Mi 11 (code name: Venus) is one of the latest flagship devices from the Xiaomi brand. The device is powered by Qualcomm's latest high-end Snapdragon 888 chipset coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage.

The Xioami Mi 11 Ultra (Code name: Star) on the other hand is a more bigger, and more expensive version powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G chipset but with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.

Unfortunately, just like most other Xiaomi smartphones, the camera image quality of both the Mi 11 and the Mi 11 Ultra aren't that great and the phone really struggles to take decent shots in not so great light conditions.

Even though Xiaomi still falls behind brands like Google Pixel, Samsung and Apple iPhones in terms of camera quality, the GCam App really help a lot. The good news is that there are compatible GCam Apps that works great for both the Xiaomi Mi 11 and the Xioami Mi 11 Ultra, one of which is the Nikita's 7.4 v2.0.

The Nikita 7.4 v2.0 also known as the NGCam_7.4.104-v2.0 is based on Google Camera V7.4.104. Below is the App full changelog as well as download links.

How to Install (Google Camera) GCam on Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Ultra / Pro (Venus / Star):
  • If you have a different version of GCAM already installed, then it is advisable to uninstall previous version of GCam on your phone.
  • Download the GCam App from the link below.
  • Install and launch the App.
  • For better performance, download and import the config file from the link below.
Note:
  • Manual device configs are located in "Settings > Advanced > Device model > Input model". This will help you to solve some issues if you faced it on the device I cannot test GCam (e.g. if your shutter button is broken I suggest you to try isDefaultsLite config)
  • isDefaultsLite seems to be better on all devices. So I set it by default. Just remember, that you always able to change it in settings
  • Pixel Binning button now works without restart
