 For users of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 (Code name: Nikita), here is a compatible GCam (Google Camera) App to enable you guys get the best out of your smartphone's camera. Even though Xiaomi has been improving in terms of camera, it's not yet in par with the rest of the competition.


Google Camera also known as GCam is the official camera App on Google Pixel smartphones. It is responsible for the great picture quality that the Pixel lineup of smartphones in known for. The App uses Google's advance algorithm to take HDR pictures.

Unfortunately, the GCam App isn't open source, which means it is only available for the Pixel phones officially. The good news is that there are quite a number of modded GCam apps compatible with a wide range of Android phones.

For the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Mojito, the latest NIKITA v2.0 (GCAM 7.4) which was developed by NIKITA is one of the available options. It is based on Google Camera V7.4.
