Xiaomi 18 Pro Max expected to come up with a 200MP Camera and 8,000mAh battery

 The next Generation of Xiaomi's line up of smartphones which will be the Xiaomi 18 is expected to be announced very soon and as usual, there is already a lot of rumours on what to expect, especially from the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max.

The device won't really be a big bump but just an incremental update from it's predecessor which is the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. The device is expected to come with a large 200MegaPixel LOFIC main sensor camera as well as a 200MP telephoto macro lens.

In terms of display, The Xiaomi 18 Pro Max is also expected to come with a more thinner bezel and rounded corners than its predecessor. It is expected to come with a 6.9-inch flat LTPO OLED display with a 2K-class resolution and an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz.

There are also speculations that a much larger battery is to be expected. Even though we don't know the exact size for now, it is expected to be larger than 8,000mAh. Coupled with the large battery life is also a rumoured 100W wired fast charging and a 50W wireless charging.

Powering the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max will be Qualcomm's top of the line latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 processor with a 2nm process node for better efficiency and battery life. We are also expecting up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The Xiaomi 18 Pro Max is expected to be announced by September of this year 2026 and even though we don't have any information yet on the pricing, it is expected to be a bit more expensive than it's predecessor. however, just take all this information with a pinch of salt as some of them might change before the end of the year.
