The MIUI EU ROM is a custom version of the Xiaomi MIUI ROM and it is developed by the European Xiaomi community. The ROM is based on the Chinese version of MIUI but with no Chinese writing and all bloatware have also been removed making the ROM smoother and faster. 

The ROM is highly optimized due to less background running apps and it also has a lot of features that you won't find on the Global or Chinese version of MIUI.
