Xiaomi has launched Redmi Note 8T with 18W fast charging and NFC - Full specifications and Price

Xiaomi has just released another new smartphone to the Redmi Note lineup and it is called the Redmi Note 8T. This isn't entirely a new phone as it is more of a refresh of the recently launched Redmi Note 8 with the same design and a very similar specification.
The new Redmi Note 8T sports a 6.3 inches FHD IPS LCD display with a resolution 1080 x 2340 pixels, pixel density of 409 PPI and a screen ratio of 19.5:9. The screen is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It runs on MIUI 10 out of the box which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. It can also be upgraded to the latest Xiaomi MIUI 11 skin.

Just like on the regular Note 8, The Redmi Note 8T is powered by Qualcomm mid-range Snapdragon 665 chipset with either a 3GB or 4GB RAM option. You can also get it with 32GB, 64GB or 128GB internal storage options which can be expanded via the SDcard slot.
The Note 8T features a Quad rear camera setup with a primary 48MP lens with F/1.8, an 8MP F/2.2 ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. In the front is a single 13MP selfie camera.
The phone is backed with  a pretty large 4000mAh battery. The two main differences between the Redmi Note 8 and the Redmi Note 8T are the new 18W fast charging and the NFC support.

As far as pricing goes, the cheapest 3GB RAM and 32GB storage version will go for €179, the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version will cost €199 while the more premium 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage will go for €249. The phone will be available in Blue, White and Black color options. Sales will begin on November 8 in Spain and Italy, followed by November 13 in France and November 15 in Germany.
