A second global stable MIUI 11 update have started rolling out for the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 and this time it is the MIUI 11 V11.0.4.0. This new update focuses a lot more on improvements and bug fixes rather than new features.
The new MIUI 11 update for the Mi Note 3 comes with the version number V11.0.4.0.PCHMIXM. The update is based on the Android 9.0 Pie. Some bug like notification settings not opening in the notification shade in the Second space and images overlapping issue in scrolling screenshots have been fixed. The November Android security patch is also included in this update.

  • Fix: Couldn’t open notification settings in the Notification shade in Second space

  • Fix: Images overlapped in scrolling screenshots




Even though the update has already started rolling out, there are chances that some users have not gotten the OTA update notification yet. Just in case you have not received the OTA update yet, you can manually check by following the procedure below.


How to Manually check for MIUI 11 OTA update on your Mi Note 3
  • Go to settings.
  • Tap on About phone >> System update.

  • click on Check for updates.
  • If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
