Download India stable Android 10 update for Redmi 8 (Olive) [V11.0.1.0.QCNINXM]

Just like the recent Android 10 update that was rolled out for the EEA version of the Redmi 8, A new Android 10 update has also started rolling out for the Indian version of the Redmi 8 (Codename: Olive). This is however still based on last year's MIUI 11 as the MIUI 12 update for Redmi 8 is not available yet.

The new Indian stable MIUI 11 update for Redmi 8 comes with the software version V11.0.1.0.QCNINXM. As I mentioned earlier, even though this is a new Android 10 update for Redmi 8, it is still based on last year's MIUI 11.

At the moment, only a handful of random Redmi 8 users in India are currently receiving the update, but a public release will be made available soon for all users soon. Below is the changelog as well as the download links.

How to Manually check for Android 10 OTA update on your Redmi 8
Not all Redmi 8 users are getting the Android 10 based MIUI 11 update yet. You can however still check to know if the update is available for your own device yet by following the instruction below.

• Go to settings.
• Tap on About phone >> System update.
  

• click on Check for updates.
  
• If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
