Download Global stable MIUI 12 for Redmi 9C / Poco C3 (Angelica) [V12.0.5.0.QCRMIXM]

Update 19 of March 2021: A new Global stable MIUI 12 update has just started rolling out for the Global version of the Redmi 9C. This new update comes with the latest March 2021 Android security patch as well as the build version number V12.0.12.0.QCRMIXM.

While some smartphones are still stuck on last year's MIUI 11, the entry level Xiaomi Redmi 9c (Codename: Angelica) is getting yet again another Android 10 based MIUI 12 update with some updated security changes.

The Redmi 9c was launched just a few months ago, so it was based on the latest MIUI 12 with Android 10 OS out of the box. This new MIUI 12 update comes with a build version number V12.0.5.0.QCRMIXM and it includes the latest September 2020 Android security patch.

Below are is the full changelog as well as the download links for both the recovery and OTA version of the ROM.

    How to Manually check for MIUI 12 OTA update on your Xiaomi phone

    • Go to settings.
    • Tap on About phone >> Software Update
    • Tap on the MIUI 11 Logo in the middle of the screen 10 times.
    • After that, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
    • Tap on update settings and turn on Receive updates early.
    • After that, Go back and tap on Check for updates.
    • If you get No update available, then you have to either wait for the update to show up on your phone or download the ROM from the links below and follow the instructions HERE.to manually install the update.
