crDroid is a popular custom ROM which is based in Android Open Source Project (AOSP). It provides more performance improvement and also more features compared to stock Android.
A new version of crDroid which is the crDroid v7.8 is now available for the Xioami Redmi Note 9 (Merlin), Redmi Note 9S (Curtana), Redmi Note 9 Pro (Joyeuse) and the Poco M2 Pro (Gram), all with the codename: Miatoll. This new update is based on the latest Google Android 11 operating system.
The crDroid V7.8 comes with the July Android security patch, Fixed High Active Drain && High Idle Drain and many more. Below is the full changelog, installation instructions as well as the download links.

- crDroid v7.8 (Android 11) for Redmi Note 9 series Miatoll: Stock Variant - Download Here
- GApps: Download Here.
- Magisk: Download Here
How to Install:
- Make sure you have a Twrp recovery installed or download from the link above
- Downloaded the latest crDroid ROM, GApps and Magisk from the links above
- Copy all the downloaded files to your phone internal storage
- Boot into recovery.
- Wipe system, data, cache and Dalvik cache
- Wipe all in "Advanced Wipe except otg and sd card"
- Flash the crDroid ROM Build
- Flash Gapps (optional)
- Wipe cache/Dalvik
- Reboot to system
Note:
- If you want to root, then you can go ahead and flash Magisk "after the first boot".
