Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro now available for sale on FlipKart
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro was launched sometime last year as the more gaming focused version of the Note 8 series with a Mediatek chipset onboard. The phone has been on sale since last year on Amazon, Mi.com and also a lot of offline stores in India.
Now, Redmi has just recently tweeted via its official twitter handle that the Redmi Note 8 Pro is now available for purchase on FlipKart. The phone will be starting at a price point of Rs 15,999 for the base 6GB RAM and 64GB storage version, The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will go for Rs 16,999, while the much higher 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant will sell at Rs 18,999.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro is a Mediatek Helio G90T powered smartphone coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and a 128GB storage. It has a 4,500mAh battery with QC 4.0 and 18W quick charge. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack as well as the traditional rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Note 8 Pro has a 6.53 inches Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a screen ratio of 19.5:9 and a pixel density of 395 ppi. It also runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box, which can however be upgraded to MIUI 11 based on Android 10.
